How do I order a custom portrait?
If you are interested in a custom portrait, use the 'Contact' page to reach us. Be sure to specify how you would like to be reached (phone, text, or email.) From there, we will go over the details of your portrait. ( Photo Selection, Sizing, Pricing, etc.)
Can I order a Custom Size?
Yes! Simply indicate a size (5x7, 8x10, 11x14) when placing your order. Your total portrait price will be calculated according to the size chosen.
How long will it take to receive my custom portrait?
Unless during peak seasonal times, (Christmas holiday season) most works are shipped within three weeks of order day. However, Portrait times may vary depending on the complexity and size of your artwork. If you require your portrait to delivered before a specific date, please let us know this at the time of your order by including the date. Unfortunately, as a small business, we have no means of speeding up the express service times of UPS, FEDEX, or USPS, but will keep you updated with tracking numbers and expected delivery times. Thanks for your understanding!

When do I pay for my portrait?
We think that you should see the quality of your particular portrait before paying for it. We ask that you put a $25 deposit (fully refundable) at the time of ordering. When the portrait is completed, we will e-mail you a photo of the portrait. You will pay the remainder of the balance only after you are completely satisfied, and before we ship the custom art.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable before we ship your approved portrait to you. Please note that you will receive an email with the photo of your completed portrait (proofs), and we will only ship the portrait to you after your approval.
My photograph is not in a digital format. What can I do?
Please, take your photograph to a local copy shop and scan it. Optionally, you can provide us with a digital photo of your hardcopy photograph (photo of photo). You could even send the hardcopy photograph to our addresses through regular mail.
